This is the third class in an on going series experiencing how your body is designed to move using scientifically evidenced techniques from both the psychology and fitness industries.
In this class you will learn where your pubic symphysis and sacroiliac joints are and the movement required at these joints for safe and efficient function of the pelvis, spine and hips. This will further add to your awareness of how to coordinate your pelvic floor in everyday life.
