Master the art of cueing the shoulders for strength, power & flexibility.
Helping our clients relieve shoulder tension and develop a healthy relationship with their shoulders is high on the pilates instructor to-do list! This workshop is designed to equip you with the understanding and know-how to achieve just that. We’ll take a deep look at the movement anatomy of key shoulder joints and experience the rhythm of movement when they are all sliding and gliding together in harmony. We’ll then apply this deepened knowledge to the cueing of shoulder movement within pilates repertoire.
For all those who choose to attend both workshops, we’ll finish up with integrating the movement of the shoulders, with the pelvis, and simple ways to achieve this using cueing, imagery and self-touch.
