Pelvic Function in Walking

This is the fourth class in an ongoing series dedicated to experiencing how the human body is designed to function.

In this class you will learn how the pelvis stabilises itself in the simple daily act of walking. You will leave with an understanding of how to image healthy pelvic function in every step you take. This class will draw on knowledge gained from the previous three classes in the series. To facilitate a clear personal understanding it is highly recommended that you have attended the classes teaching imagery, pelvic floor coordination and the sacroiliac joints prior.
