This is the second class in a series dedicated to experiencing how the human body is designed to function using scientifically evidenced techniques from both the psychology and fitness industries.
In this class you will learn the basic design of your pelvis, including the placement of all the joints both within the pelvis, and those connecting it to the rest of the body. You will then be guided through a series of exercises experiencing how to feel safe and efficient movement within the pelvis and hip joints. You will leave with an understanding of how to coordinate your pelvic floor in simple everyday movement.
